TikTokやYouTube等の動画撮影は可能です。
但し、シェア撮影イベントですので、周りの方々へのご配慮は忘れずに！

GiveCosイベント内では安全性を第一優先とし、お客様全員が楽しく過ごせますよう、注意事項、利用規約、その他スタッフの指示を必ずお守りください。 また、規約については随時更新する場合がございます。 定期的にこのページを閲覧して、規約の変更について確認をお願いいたします。
We want to make safety as our first priority during GiveCos event. In order to give to our costumers the best experience, we kindly ask to all our guest to follow all the precautions, terms of use and our staff instructions. Terms and use will be updated regularly, we gently ask our guest to visit the page and be sure to check before the convention.
【ご利用について ~Restrictions~】
・参加規約、スタッフの指示をお守りください。
Please be sure to read correctly the participation rules and stuff instructions.
・スタッフの指示を守らず、迷惑・違法行為を行った場合、しかるべき機関に通報し、イベントからの退場、今後弊社主催のイベントへの入場をお断りします。場合によりフィルムや機材・メモリーカードを没収する場合がございます。
If you not follow our instructions, cause any inconvenience to other costumer or be caught doing an illegal activity, we will be forced to ask you to leave the place immediately and refrain to participate in other events hold by our organization in the future. In special cases, we will contact a public institution at our discretion. Inappropriate material (such as camera, memory card, telephone, etc.) will be confiscated.
■感染症対策について ~About COVID-19 Virus Infections~
・撮影時以外はマスクの着用をお願いします。
We kindly ask to our guest to wear a mask except for photo.
・受付時の検温にて発熱が確認された場合はイベントへの参加はお断りさせていただきます。
If your body temperature is higher than 37.5 at the reception check, we may deny your participation to the event.
■動画撮影について ~About Video Recording and Photos~
・自撮り、お互いに合意の上での撮影のみ可能です。
You are allowed to take selfies and photos with mutual agreement.
・他参加者の映り込みが無いようにお願いいたします。
Please make sure that other participants are not reflected.
・次の方が撮影を待っている場合、長時間ブースを占有する撮影はご遠慮ください。
If locations spots are crowded and other costumer are waiting, please refrain to occupies booth spaces for too long.
■注意事項 ~Important Notes~
・場所をまたぐ歩きながらや走りながらの撮影。
Running/walking while shooting across the booths is prohibited.
・被写体の合意を得ていない撮影。
Shooting without the consent from the subject.
・他参加者の映り込み。
Reflection of other participants.
・長時間の撮影や一部範囲を占有する撮影。
Occupying for too much an area or a booth.
・男女更衣室およびトイレ内での撮影。
Taking pictures in men's/women's changing rooms and in the toilet.
・過度なサイズの望遠レンズの使用。
The use an excessively big sized camera/smartphone lens is prohibited.
・模造刀、銃器、危険物を模した物、ラケット、ボールなどの小道具の撮影ポーズ以外での使用。
Dangerous objects such as swords, katana, guns and shooting weapons are prohibited (imitations are NG too). You can use other props such as ball or racket only during the shooting or posing.
・乾いていない血糊を使った撮影。(プールでは血糊は禁止です)
Shooting with blood glue that is not dry. (Blood glue is prohibited in the pool)
・木や不安定な建造物、その他足をかけてはいけないものに登る行為。
Climbing trees, unstable building or going in places that are not designated in the event area are strictly prohibited.
・写真撮影や交流は相手に不快に思われない節度ある行動をお願いいたします。
We gently ask to behave in a modest manner and refrain to do something that may makes uncomfortable other people.
・モデルガンは必ずBB弾などの弾を抜き発射不可な状態にしてください。
Remove the bullet from the model gun so that it cannot be fired.
・マイク、楽器、ラジカセなど他参加者の迷惑になるほどの過度な音は控えてください。
Please refrain from excessive sounds such as microphones, musical instruments, radio cassette recorders, etc. that may disturb other participants.
・衣装や小道具に付いた鈴などによる過度な音出しは控えてくだいさい。
Please refrain from making excessive sounds with bells attached to costumes and props.
・会場内のレイアウト配置や時間進行など予告なく変更する場合があります。
The layout map might be change.
・会場内の備品は撮影後は元の位置に戻してください。
Please return the equipment in the venue to original positions after shooting.
・会場内の宿泊場所は更衣室と兼用になります。布団のご用意はございますが、他参加者との壁がないことをご承知ください。またきちんとしたお風呂はなく、プールにあるようなシャワー利用のみになります。
The accommodation will also be used as a changing room. Futons are available, but please be aware that there are no walls with other participants. Also, there is only a simple shower.
・貴重品は自己管理をお願いいたします。万が一紛失されても責任は負い兼ねます。
Please manage your valuables by yourself. We are not responsible for any loss.
・忘れ物や落し物などは、届け出がなければイベント終了後2週間後に処分いたします。お心当たりのある方はDMにてお問い合わせください。
Please report your lost items, with no reports we will dispose the items in 2 weeks after the end of event. Please contact us by DM.
・非常時はスタッフの指示に従い、慌てず落ち着いて行動してください。
In case of emergency, follow the staff's instructions and act calmly without rushing.
・会場内における物品および会場自体の器物破損については当事者の賠償責任となります。
In case of damages (props or studio location), the cost will be borne by the parties concerned.
・喫煙は会場の定められたところでお願いします。
Please smoke at the designated place in the venue.
・怪我や負傷、体調不良等での緊急非常時に救急車等を手配した場合の費用は当事者負担となります。
In case of an emergency injury, poor physical conditions, ambulance etc., the cost will be borne by the parties concerned.
・コスプレの内容や種類、会場状況によって引き起こされた不利益や事故に対してはGiveCos（株式会社LOL）および運営、会場側は責任を負い兼ねます。
GiveCos (LOL Co., Ltd.), the management, and the venue are not responsible for accidents, discomfort or uneasiness caused by the content and type of cosplay or the venue conditions.
■衣装・更衣について ~About Costumes and Changing Clothes~
・更衣は男女それぞれの更衣室内にて行ってください。
Please change clothes in the changing room (men and women).
・緊急非常時のみ異性スタッフが更衣室に立ち入る事があります。
Only in case of emergency the opposite sex staff may enter the changing room.
・他参加者が不愉快な思いをする衣装と判断した場合は更衣室に移動していただきます。
If other participants may feel uncomfortable by a costume, we might ask to move in the changing room and change clothes.
・実在の軍服の着用やリアルな軍服アレンジはご遠慮ください。（漫画やアニメに出てくる架空のものは可）
Please refrain from wearing or arranging real military uniforms (Fictitious ones appearing in manga and anime are acceptable)
■露出判断基準について ~About Exposure Judgment Criteria
・露出判断基準を満たしていない場合、コスプレでの参加を禁止させていただく場合がございます。
If you do not meet the exposure criteria, we may ask you to refrain from participating in cosplay.
・乳房の下部や側面が見える衣装の場合、アンダーウェアやボディファンデーションを着用してください。
If the bottom and sides of your breasts can be see, wear underwear or body foundation.
・下着が直接見えないようスパッツやストッキングなどを着用してください。
Wear spats or stockings to cover your underwear.
・女性の男装のコスプレで胸元が大きくはだける衣装はボディファンデーションやBホルダーを着用してください。
For female cosplayer with a big chest, please wear body foundation or a binder.
※男性の場合、上半身の制限は設けていませんが、撮影時以外は上着を羽織るなどして露出しないようにしてください。
For men cosplayer there are no restrictions on the upper body, but we gently ask to wear a jacket and expose it only during the shooting.
・問題があるとスタッフが判断した衣装に関しては上記に関わらず着替えをしていただく場合や上着を羽織っていただく場合がございます。
Regardless of the above, you may be asked to change clothes or wear jacket if the staff judges that there is a problem.
■男性による女装について ~About Women's Clothing by Men
・メイク、まゆげの処理などを必ずし、キャラクターのイメージを損なわないよう注意してください。
Be sure to apply make-up and eyebrows, and be careful not to damage the character's image.
・わき毛、すね毛、ヒゲなどの露出する部分の毛の処理をしてください｡
Avoid to expose body hair such as armpit hair, shin hair, and beard.
・威圧感や嫌悪感を与えるような女装は禁止です。
Cross-dressing that gives a feeling of intimidation or disgust is prohibited.
・生足の露出は避け、タイツ、ストッキング、スパッツ等の着用をしてください。
Avoid exposing your bare feet and wear tights, stockings, spats, etc.
■年齢制限について ~About Age Restrictions~
・未成年のお客様は参加することができません。
Minors(Under 20) are not allowed to participate.
■飲食について ~About Drinking and Eating~
・飲食のお持ち込みは自由ですが、撮影エリア内への持ち込みの際は汚さないようにお願いします。また汚してしまった際は賠償責任になります。
（最寄りコンビニは車で6分、スタジオ内で飲み物の販売あり)
You can be free to bring in food and drink, but please do not stain it when you bring it into the shooting area. Also, if you make it dirty, you will be liable for compensation.
(The nearest convenience store is a 6-minute drive, and drinks are sold in the studio.)
・アルコール類、調理が必要な食品の持ち込みは禁止です。
Bringing in alcohol and food that requires cooking is prohibited.
■プールについて ~About Pool~
・水に入れられる衣装は水着素材、化学繊維のみです。
Only swimwear materials and chemical fibers can be put in water.
・過度のメイクは水につけられません。ボディファンデは付着、溶け込みの無いようご注意ください。
Excessive makeup cannot be soaked in water. Be careful not to let the body foundation adhere or melt into it.
・カメラマン入水時も水着、ラッシュガード着用でお願いします。（化学繊維以外のTシャツ等不可）
Please wear a swimwear materials and rash guard even when the cameraman enters the water. (T-shirts other than chemical fibers are not allowed)
・過度の飛び込みは禁止です。
Excessive diving is prohibited.
・プール内でのスタンド使用は禁止です。
Prohibited to use the stand in the pool.
■禁止事項 ~Prohibitions~
・近隣店舗やトイレなど更衣室以外での着替え、メイク。
Change clothes and make-up outside the changing rooms such as nearby stores and toilets is prohibited.
・スプレー、ミスト類の会場内での使用。
Use of hair sprays and mists in the venue.
・コスプレをしたままの来場及び退場。
Entering and leaving while wearing cosplay.
・警察官、自衛官、消防士などの公務員、日本・外国を問わず現行の国家機関、ガードマンの制服着用。またこれらと見分けのつかない衣装の着用。
Wearing uniforms of police officers, self-defense officials, firefighters and other civil servants, current national institutions regardless of Japan or foreign countries, and guards. Also, wearing costumes that are not fictitious.
・見せパンツ、下着に間違われやすい衣装の着用。
Wearing costumes that are easily mistaken for underwear.
・会場内、更衣室内、トイレ等でのウィッグカット。
Wig cuts in the venue, changing rooms, toilets, etc.
・他の方に怪我をさせる危険のある物や周囲を汚す、破損させる恐れのある物（カラースプレー、血のりなど）の持ち込み。
Bringing in items that may injure other people or stain and damage the surrounding area (color spray, blood glue, etc.).
・露出判断基準を満たしていない衣装の着用。
Wearing costumes that do not meet the exposure criteria.
・衣装を着たままでの近隣の店舗への外出。もし外出する場合は私服に着替えて参加証を携帯してください。
Go out to a nearby store while wearing costumes. If you go out, please change into plain clothes and carry your participation certificate.
・盗撮、被写体となる方の承諾のない撮影。
Voyeurism or shooting without the consent from the subject.
・被写体となる方の承諾のないネットワークへのアップロード、雑誌や書籍へのメディア投稿、掲載。
Posting online without the consent of the subject, sending to media, magazines and books is prohibited.
・過度なローアングルからの撮影。
Shooting from an excessively low angle.
・公序良俗に反する行為や物品の所持。
Acts that are offensive to public order and morals.
・本物のナイフ、真剣や、発射可能なモデルガンなど、危険な小道具の持ち込み。
Bring in dangerous props such as knives and fireable model guns.
・アダルト撮影。
Adult shooting.
・イベント内での販売行為、許可のない取材・勧誘行為、チラシ等の配布行為。
Sales activities during the event, interviews / solicitations without permission, distribution of leaflets, etc.
・国旗の持ち込み。
Bringing the national flag.
・参加者同士のトラブル 、その他当イベントスタッフ判断で危険行為、迷惑行為、ルール違反とみなした行為（理由の内容問わず）
Trouble between participants, other dangerous acts, nuisance acts, will be seen as violation of terms and conditions at the discretion of the event staff (regardless of the reason)
・会場等を汚損、破損・物を投げる、振り回すなど、他の人に迷惑となる行為。
Acts that cause trouble to other people, such as soiling, damaging, throwing things, or swinging around the venue.
・撮影時以外での床面への座り込み。
Sit-in on the floor except when shooting.
※以上の決まりを守られない場合、スタッフの判断により退場、もしくは公的機関などへ通報いたします。
If the above conditions will be violated, the staff will ask you to leave the event or notify the problem to a public institution at our discretion.
イベントへのご参加は以上の規約に同意したものと判断し、対応させていただきます。ご理解とご協力、よろしくお願いいたします。
